Omar "Chilly-O" Mitchell is an Atlanta-based creative pioneer, streetwear designer, photographer, and cultural architect with over 20 years of experience shaping the city's creative landscape. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Chilly-O built his self-titled brand at the intersection of fine art and street culture, producing work that is both refined and raw. His reach extends well beyond fashion — through initiatives like The Invisible Army and Wheelz Up ATL, he mentors at-risk youth ages 11–23, using art and action sports like BMX as catalysts for personal transformation and career development. A collaborator with organizations such as Invest Atlanta, Chilly-O is deeply invested in strengthening Atlanta's creative economy, providing resources and visibility to emerging designers, artists, and entrepreneurs.
